Latest Draw in Express Entry System Conducted at Record Low CRS in 2018

The government of Canada conducted a new Express Entry draw on May 23^rd and a total of 3,500 invitations to apply were issued in the latest draw. The invited candidates now have the opportunity to apply for permanent residency of Canada.

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score for the latest draw stood at 440 points which has been the lowest till now in this year 2018.

There was one point reduction in the CRS cut-off score from the last two draws that were held on Aprils 25^th and May 9^th in which the CRS cut-off score was at 441 points.

One more time in this Express Entry draw as well as tie break rule was used and the date and time that was chosen for this tie break was December 30^th 2017 at 06:39:40 UTC. As per this tie break rule, all the candidates who had submitted their profile before this time and date and had scored 440 and above points in CRS were picked to receive the Invitation to Apply.
